All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

We currently ship to the UK and selected international destinations across Europe.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier availability.

European Import Duties & Taxes

European customers can choose between Duties & Taxes Included, where TENRO covers applicable import charges, or Standard Tracked Delivery, where customers are responsible for any import VAT, customs duties and handling fees payable on arrival. TENRO is not responsible for unpaid import charges or deliveries refused due to customs fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, order and selected delivery method.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent via email.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
